Are you considering having a fundraiser for a great cause?

A bowling fundraiser is a great way to earn money for your cause and guests will have the best time!

How bowling fundraisers work and what you need to do:

1. Contact us regarding availability for the date and time you are looking to have your bowling fundraiser. Please call us at (818) 243-1188. We cannot plan your event through email. We will need to know a rough estimate of how many people you are anticipating to come.

2. Once the date and time have been set up with Jewel City Bowl, fill out the fundraiser agreement form and start promoting your event. The lanes must be pre-paid 72 hours before the start of your event.

3. Begin advertising and selling tickets for your event immediately. You should give yourself at least 3 weeks to organize and coordinate your fundraiser.

4. On the day of the fundraiser, you will be the one running the event. You will be responsible for collecting all of the money, organizing the participants, running any raffles you decide to do, and you will be the one communicating with the Jewel City Bowl staff. It is a good idea to get a couple volunteers to help you.
